I am sorry to say Ola, but this is your best sounding guitar, video or whatever you put out throughout the years. There is something special about this one. Very organic and guttural , still modern and precise.
You went on a whole thing about voiced pickups leaning too far one way in terms of tone but then the very first chord you played on that Skervesen with the Warpigs in the bridge blew everything else out of the water. I'm not a dyed in the wool BKP loyalist or anything like that but this is one of the best tones I've ever heard on your channel.
Little known fact: Skervesen makes the finest quality guitars on the planet. Had a Swan-6 multiscale built in 2014.... and now in Nov of 2020, I'm 1 month deep into my 4AP-6 multiscale. I currently own over 20 exceptional high-end guitars. I've owned well over 100 in my life. Skervesen..... is the best that money can buy. Period.

I don’t know why, but I think this is one of my favorite “my guitar” videos. Never played multi scale, shape is kind of funky, but I’m really digging the look of it. Haven’t gotten to the sound yet as I’m typing this, but I’m loving the look.

The world domination mod is apparently meant to give a more acoustic, almost piezo sound on cleans. I'm guessing it's a coil split with a slight boost to match the full pickup volume and some other electronic magic that I don't know about.
I just bought 2 Skervesen Velociraptors a 6 string and a 7 string, will be getting one tomorrow and the other the next day, the new ones have the Guitarmory "Skerv" pickup set in it, and the WDM switch if you choose to have it installed, the Acoustic setting sounds like it is in Parallel, which to me sounds great running thru a clean setting, your guitar is a "Work Of Art" Ola play it more often :)

If you get more noise, it must probably be a coil split selector. Coil tapping and phase shifting does not affect noise because both coils are still operating.
Also, the world domination mod just allows you to switch between humbuckers, split coils, and an acoustic sound. That's why it's sounded kinda terrible through the gain lol
Skervesen guitars are top notch custom guitars that don’t destroy the bank. That being Said I love my Ormsby HYPE GTR 7 for the money. Bet you could put those baseplates on duncan solar pickups for multiscale duncan solars.

I never cared for the looks of Parker guitars because of the headstock, but it seems they took a similar concept and actually made it look good. No dig on Parker, I know they are really good guitars, just an aesthetic thing
Multi Fret guitars 25.5- 27 or 26.5- 28 scale are a dream to play, no learning curve I would say if the fan is 26-28 , you might notice then. Just my take on it. No expert here, just really like FF Poland has some talented Builders, great video
you have a point there , i recently bought a guitar with bare knuckle brute force's . i plugged into my amp and it didn't sound right . i had to plug into the low gain input instead of the high gain input. i've had all sorts of humbuckers , active passive ,soapbars , always plugged into the high gain input and it was fine . can't really say in technical terms what the problem was i guess it was overcompressed ? sounded like a hard noisegate that was influencing the sound too much .

Nice guitar. Ive got a multiscale Swan 7 and it kicks so hard. I remember the guys from Skervesen being so cool back then. As soon as they finished my neck they messaged me like: hey dude you ordered a birdseye fretboard we shaped this one down and realized its not as birdseyey as we expected, should we refund you on the fretboard or start over? And I still think that sort of professionalism is to be expected from guys that claim to be the best, but skervesen are one of the few that actually deliver. I went with the first neck and its gorgeous.
I think you should own a Musicman Majesty. The boost on that actually works not to mention the tonne of other features. There’s a circuit board inside!!!

The whole time I am changing them, I just wish I could go back to playing guitar. I am also hoping that a string doesn’t snap when I am tuning them. If you love changing strings, that’s awesome. Hopefully, someday I can enjoy changing strings.
I personally enjoy it because I'm excited for how good it'll sound and how the new strings will feel when playing. The only time I hate changing strings is if it's on a Floyd Rose type bridge. FR can go fuck itself, never buying a guitar with one ever again

Not all the pickup options sounded great wth Olas setup though. I think the coil split or something give it a wet pick attack.

When fixing loose tuners, don't forget to tighten the top hex nut as well!

But when the strings are wound nicely on the tuning posts and the trem is stable, that’s the best feeling in the world.
