Since some of the comments haven't covered this: Lexie Liu is Chinese, and got her start on the channel 88 Rising. Same as some other popular asian musicians like Rich Brian(Formerly Rich Chigga), and 90% sure Joji as well. After a while she went her own separate way and even made her own label. I forget the name of it off the top of my head. Both a blessing and a curse she also got another big break by becoming Seraphine for K/DA for a League of Legends song, and was also the only member who was able to perform the song live during the LoL World Championship in 2020 due to covid. The cursed part was a lot of the Korean fans got angry due to the Chinese language being in a K-pop song. (As K/DA is basically a K-pop band.) But, these new songs are definitely interesting and nothing like the rapping from what I used too. She has always said that she doesn't want to stick to a single genre of music. Magician is my favourte of the 2 and i first watched your reaction to that before coming here to see. Hopefully you guys continue to react to some of her older stuff even if you've already heard it. As you guys said, watching it on video leaves you with more of an open mind to things.
She recently popped up on my Spotify explore with Carousel, and I absolutely loved that song. Haven't heard much from her because I didn't delve in deeper lol. Imma check her out again.

Lexie always have such cool concepts for her albums/EPs, and after FORTUNA I will very much be anticipating her new to come, to be even cooler! She also just dropped a new single 'MAGICIAN' along with an MV, which IMO is even better than FORTUNA. Keep it up guys
