I always loved the fact that even though Johnathan is worried about his brother he still comforts Nancy about Barb. It's just further proof of what a great guy he really is and that she picked the right man.

I love this detective couple! Rewatching it, I realized that oh shiet this is the 80's, nancy is reading book and books to figure out what it is... she is so cool and smart... it shows her innate curiosity and journalist side
