What does minimum 60% or 6.5 cgpa mean? I have a cgpa of 6.4 which according to my colleague is 64 % marks. (CGPA * 10 is the conversion for my college). Am I eligible for the admission process because it says 6.5 cgpa?

I think you should be, Rajendran. As long as the percentage is above 60, you should be okay.
You've to meet one of the criteria, So I think You are eligible
Sir I have 97.39 percentile should i take a chance to apply for iit B and D? Or would it be waste of money
I think you can no longer apply for D, as the deadline is past. IIT B is tricky man, what is your profile?
