my 9 year old son just started ripping packs with me in the last year and watching him get sooo excited about pulling just a regular old base card of one of his favorite players puts a big smile on my face. he could care less about the value of the card he actually values the card itself. its awesome to see.

Same here, bought a lot in the early 90s to mid 90s I got out and back in a month ago! Bought a few packs of Optics at my local BiMart a minature Walmart but they sell Hobby box packs 4 cards for $5 I hit a Gold #4 of 10 Scottie Barnes RC his Jersey number a beautiful card. Its at PSA, so went to card shop and bought a box of Mosaic hit huge another 6 of 10 Gold Trae Young and/49 devil booker a white to /25 VanVleet and two /99 a RJ Hampton and Dwayne Wade holding trophies and my auto was a Giannis!!!! NOW IM HOOKED! Not good because I have a lot of money so I dont sell for money I want the rare low # low pop count 10's So I went on Ebay and bought $200,000 in cards LOL
