Then you would have nothing but ashes, sometimes people have to do things they don't want to just to survive, hopefully you never have to experience such things. Number one reason to have a yard sale, need money.
@@Ray-g6t I agree, I am referring to my 70s childhood cards! I pray that people who are in a bad way, win the lottery for millions of dollars and have a great future ahead of them!
I'd say sell them however yourself. Before you are unable. I have 60000 cards from various years and my wife told me if I don't sell at some point, she will get rid of them! 😅😅
was a deeep dive - probably took 2 hours to sort, 1 hour to photograph and list - will be up soon to buy oddspot.hibid.com - should be up approx. 9/10 to 9/20 2022
It was so different when it came out in that era, always been a fan - I have a binder complete set in my personal collection - yeah an unopened box would be good to have go to with it!.. wanna sell it!? 😀
yes for sure it was not "work work" it was just a bit of time. This is part of what I do as my job - everything here was worth the time. I was trying to qualify him early on to kind of gauge what was in there.
I guess that was the hope! you never know, was pretty much better than I expected though. That old 1970s sticker books was interesting, the Venus Williams SI Magazine Card actually did well and I learned about those cards for the future.
I bought 1,1966 commons baseball card from my local flea market for $2.00 so it's no surprise that $50 for all these cards would lead to the all too familiar junk wax cards!🥴
WOW! I sold it along with everything here 2 years ago, we got $22 back then ungraded, but was a cool find. here is the link oddspot.hibid.com/lot/132213228/venus-williams-rookie-card-1998-rc?ref=lot-list
Shouldn't expect too much from yard sale. If anyone collects that much amount of cards, he or she should know its values and will not sell on yard sale.
You have better chance of seeing Elvis than of those cards coming back a PSA 10. Junk era stuff is worthless. If you are extremely lucky and if you send the 1990 OPC Premier Jagr, and if it comes es back a PSA 10, $500 to $600 all day long...small piece of advice, you are WAY!! to rough with these cards!!
these all sold months ago, pretty much the week of the video. I have 166 cards coming back from grading, should be interesting. yes these cards are junk, I am well aware of what it was - thanks for watching!
the video I made before this shows the buy in more detail ruclips.net/video/gSZxIXN5dqA/видео.html about 3 minutes in.. this was just a followup dive into what was in it

This is just a small percentage of what we deal in, yes we sell lots of video games. Just sold some beautiful mint shape pristine snes boxes only recently. We have a Wolfenstein 3D PC complete, nintendo, atari games and consoles in the next sale
I would rather burn my cards before I sold them for that little bit of money.

Do you have a bicycle? If you do, you now have, a lifetime supply of cards to put on the spokes.

With that amount of hockey cards, there's no way that this video didn't take place in Canada. 😋
I was waiting for your to pull a Mikey Mantle

I like your “it’s gonna be a lot of work” BS!
it was "work" to spend the time to sort through it all, but that is my work 😄 - it was worth the time, found a few decent things in junk wax era pile
Did you say 4 gem mint Nicolas Lindstrom cards?
Can you be just a little more brutal in handling those cards?? Good lord
Cool stuff man
thanks - not the greatest cards era, but was enough in there to work with
venus is roughly $100

Yea, Hockey cards not worth very much
not many in this era for sure
Hate tell you this. baseball card aren't profitable. Video game is profitable business.
