It's okay to cry because everyone needs a cry once in a while. Just know whatever happens, happens for the best. Stay strong and focus on the people who love you and care about you. I'm a Junior in Highschool also and one of my worst breakdowns was when I was a freshman and it was winter break. I would constantly cry and cry and have these episodes. To the point I had to be taken to the ER. I'm much better now but and that was when I started watching your videos, they made me so much better and I would always become happier
