I found cutting the hose so it stretched when l took off the blue pipe it was easier to take the top of the hose off. I also found the hose was stuck in the sweeper part. I kept cutting the hose till l managed to get the wire part out but it took a good while to get the plastic hose away from screw in part .lt seemed like the hose had melted or been stuck in. After that it was the easy part of putting it together.
I used some flowable silicone fluid on the pipe ends, it helps reseal it when you can't screw it fully in - plus I found it actually acted as a slight lubricant and once in place I could screw the pipe around a little further than when it was dry.
Thanks for that. Easy job and saved having to buy a new head or Vax
Glad to help

Thank you, it worked!!!
You're welcome!
Thank you
On the blade 4, they glue the pipe in. You have to heave it out mm by mm.
