    What a fascinating presentation. Ever since I learned of the term "diadem" in Harry Potter, I wondered what, exactly it was and how it differed from tiaras. You explained it all so clearly and elaborately. Thank you for sharing your interest in this topic.

    A tiara can be worn by anyone. One does not need to be an aristocrat.

      She's speaking English, turn on the captions if you can read English. As a Scot, I found her accent fairly easy to understand.
