They r but not constant I have been a Braves fan back when Hank A was playing they might make the playoffs I hope so. But last year was a record setting year.
@@Fabo100 7 games against the Phillies between now and September 1st, let’s see how that goes, 3 game series in Atlanta and 4 game series in Philly. Nationals in between and we didn’t do well against them this last series with them. Hoping for the best and the offense comes out strong but so far they’re just too inconsistent.
Ozuna finally went yard with runners on! The previous 11 HR in a row before that were solo shots. Seemed to settle the offense into a relaxed groove tonight... not to mention Sensational Sale during Sale things tonight. We need games like this the rest of the season.

Imagine the season without Marcel. Atlanta would mirror the white Sox. For the record: Riley and leadoff need to get on base more often.

The braves are a spectacular team, highly unappreciated in terms of the dodgers and Yankees and Phillies, I reckon this team will claim the whole bit and caboodle to boot 😅

@@glensmillie5101that seems to be what works best for this team. When we're being taken seriously and favored to win we mess it up. When we're plagued by injuries and people write us off, that's when this team seems to shine.

Not only at the plate but in the field too. JK is a decent CF but Harris got to a couple balls easily that JK would have struggled to get to.

These are the braves I remember, this feels like the 2023 braves
that Angels starting pitcher is basically giving away his pitches. He shows it off to the hitter mid way through his windup.

I really hope Chris Sale gets his first Cy Young on this season, in year 14. Dude has been a revelation for sure. People scratch their heads a little bit when AA got him, but the people that were paying attention understood when he stays healthy he is still the most dominant guy out there. The stuff always plays. And his injury history wasn't a ton of arm and shoulder related stuff to begin with. Mostly just freakish things

Chris Sale, just when fans want to ever criticize the front office, just remember we got this legitimate Cy Young candidate last offseason, let’s not catch amnesia on what all AA and company have done in recent times. Great hitting and pitching, great game overall. These are the wins we are used to seeing when the Braves have it turned on! If we can just build on these nights with more of the same consistent performances this season with all the adversity they’ve faced, it would be a real testament to the character and resolve of the players and organization. Let’s keep it up, Bravos!!

If it doesn't hit the ground, it's a catch. It's possible it may have hit the ground but there are no cameras that could have seen it from the right angle to tell. Only people that will ever know for sure are Ward himself and a few of the fans that were right there if they were paying attention

It always makes me laugh when the opening of the video talks about how good a pitcher has been in certain scenarios, like Canning winning his last 5 home starts & getting an average of 7 runs of support only for him to get the loss & the Angels to only give him 3 runs of support. 2:38 I think this play surprised even Whit, he was thinking "Oh crap, he's throwing it to me & not Matt" lol

Sale is great. When watching highlights you can only tell wehen hes going to give up a hit, when his body falls towards 3rd base and his arm lags behind… mostly when he’s throwing his slider. One valuble pickup for our Braves that are duct taped together at this point. Strider, Acuna, Albies, as well as the guys coming from the 69day DL.. Murphy, Harris,and close.. Riley and Fried. Even in this Era , wish my had a true leadoff hitter. I miss Ron Washington as 3rd base coach and a manager with some “huevos”. Id rather have Boone.. at least when we lose it could be more entertaining like the Bobby Cox Era.. minus the waddle walk. Keep choppin!!
