These time lapse are so much fun. They do take some time and effort but the results is worth it. I'm still learning how to make them better...Phone keeps turning off and the lighting wasn't great but still happy I was able to capture something. 😊🌱💚🌸

I don’t really remember but it did take a couple of days for sure. ☺️💚🌱 Once it starts opening they open quick.

Thanks!! Since I had this plant indoors I didn't have much issues. No pests. Also the nectar didn't cause much of a mess compared to the other ones I have like the Kerrii which turns dark orange and stains everything.

Thanks for the time-lapse video, such a treat. Re the faint scent, I wonder whether that's got to do with the variegated species? I have two regular (green-leafed) ones, one with red-centered flowers, the other white-centered. Both got rather noticeable fragrance, the red one is ginger-y (read spicy,) the white one more citrus-y. Especially in the evening, they both "called" me to come out to the balcony, where they live, to enjoy their blooms.
