Hi Chetna, I first met you on the British bakeoff. I enjoy watching your videos because they are quick and delicious meals. I am sharing your channel with my friends. I was already used in the past to eating Indian food. I love it. Keep sharing those great videos with us. All the best to you are your family. 🙏💕
Hi Chetna! Hope your week began in a positive way. What a fantastic meal you cooked! The chicken looked so nice. I absolutely love marinating my chicken in yoghurt. I wish you a happy week. Best wishes from Sweden 🇸🇪.
Lovely colours, looks stunning, but what I love the most is that pan you prepared it in. What brand is it? I assume it's from India, because I saw a kadhai looking exactly the same inside on one Indian channel, but I'd like to get one, in case I can get it elsewhere. Thanks.
I made this lovely meal for my family tonight, and they loved it! I did add a little mustard oil to the marinade, and some chopped spinach during the last five minutes of cooking. Thank you for brilliantly simplifying biryani.
Hi chetna that looks absolutely amazing 😋❤️🥰😍 best for Sunday dinner, best for having family and friends over for dinner or dinner party ❤😅 I will definitely give that a try 😄❤
Hi! Another amazing dish I will try, this is my go to channel for cooking! Just a quick question, I'm looking for a lamb curry/keema recipe. Do you have any?
I hope you don’t mind me asking, but why do you use wooden chopping boards especially when cutting chicken? I appreciate it is for the family, but wooden boards are not easy to get clean.
@@karlfernandes1367 I use coloured hard plastic boards that are cannot allow raw meat juices to soak into them as they are not porous. In common with many kitchens, both professional and domestic, I use red for raw meat, white for cooked, green for vegetables and blue for fish. This prevents any cross contamination and the risk of food poisoning from raw meat juices (especially poultry). Hope that helps.
@@maggiemoo0328 plastic boards are much worse imo because of microplastics. You can always clean wooden boards and i've never had a problem with meat when using a wooden board for chopping.
The chicken looks delicious and I love your shirt ❤
these one pot dishes are genius and look so tasty
This looks delicious! Is there a written/printable version of the recipe available, please?

Can you use chicken breast?

Which would you use?
