1. How do people not talk about this band more in the prog scene? They are still EXTREMELY underappreciated and not talked about among the current up and coming prog bands NEARLY enough. 2. I am SO happy they are back to a heavier sound. I think this is the perfect balance between Inmazes (bordered on too heavy with not enough 'space' in the sound) and AoaDC (not enough heavy for me, personally - sounded like a different band almost!).

I commented on These Black Claws as well. This band can transform your life if you really pay attention. I don't mean 2 minutes of your life. Months. This is some amazing quality that we haven't heard since the Dream Theatre days. The lyrics. The melodies. I want more of it every single day, I pray they give it to us. New fan here! I can't remember when I last listened to music of an artist on repeat this often. I especially like the incredibly effective key change here in this chorus. I can remember listening to a song in my car last year on some random metal playlist on Spotify. I couldn't check the artist while driving and didn't have luck retrieving the playlist I listened to afterwards. VOLA are carrying on the prog torch beautifully, I'd say. Gojira is probably always going to be my favorite band, but VOLA has worked their way into my top 3 with ease. Mind you, Pink Floyd joins those two to round off my top 3, so I truly count VOLA as masters of their craft. Plus their music just scratches an itch I never knew I had.

Found this band a year ago on Spotify. And soon they became one of my favourite bands , a very niche band to be heard in certain situation of life..Vola is the best thing happened to me last year
I would love too see some more of the modern melodic prog metal/metalcore like this, volumes, loathe, etc. Not every song has the melodies that I’m talking about but stuff like Happier and Feels Good by Volumes, Loathe by Loathe, and Stray the Skies and Straight Lines by Vola. Those songs all have that vibe of low tuned guitars with beautiful melodies. Edit: The first song I know of that had that vibe was Neo Seoul by After the Burial and I have to give an honorable mention to Ichika Nito’s djent lofi and 9 string stuff since that also has that same vibe
I love watching a band blossom between albums, refining and growing their previous sound into something even more catchy and beautiful. Vola, never ever stop doing you!
Those strings in the chorus that pop up after the vocal topline is just so precious 😭❤️. I can listen to the chorus for the rest of my life , its that good. The groove, the vocal production, the guitars, the synths, everything is just perfect.
This is insanely good! Love the rhythms and melody, sounds like an incredible song for concerts. Can't wait for more on the new album. Epic video, as well, very well put together. Thanks Kmac!
I was headbanging, moshing, wrecking my shit and crying at the same time. Thank you once again Vola, the new album looks like going to be a true masterpiece.
You guys have absolutely nailed the production on this one and I love it. I loved the last record, but the only thing that sometimes left me wanting was the emphasis in some of the shifts in dynamics between the verses and choruses. It felt like the very start to the choruses were robbed of their impact because of mix, with absolutely no reflection on the writing. Hence live they sound banging but on record I always felt it was missing a touch of umph. Glad to say that every song on the new record you've pre released sounds fucking stellar and when the choruses and heavier bridges come in they crack me in the chest the way they deserve to. On a completely subjective note, I'm loving the inclusion of more heaviness on this record, giving me an awesome evolution of what you built on Inmazes. All in all, I'm rambling but this is awesome and I can't wait for the record. Keep being different and releasing awesome music.
Several hours ago, I’ve listened to your music for the first time, and I still can’t get enough. I’ve been trying to write this comment for 30 minutes to describe what your music sounds like and what it makes me feel, but no language in the world is capable of that, because you guys create magic. Wish you lots of success and enjoyment on your journey. Thank you for helping me fall in love with heavy music again❤️

Found this band a year ago on Spotify. And soon they became one of my favourite bands , a very niche band to be heard in certain situation of life..Vola is the best thing happened to me last year
Great... now this song is in my mind all day 👏👌 great album again guys!!
This is what I recall being the great sound of Vola!
Great stuff, guys!
how the fuck does vola do it!?!? EVERY SONG IS SO GOOD
The synth fills in the chorus make it sooo good.
I removed my pants to listen to this song, which was the correct decision.
I’ll have that in mind for...future listens
Bruh what
And now pants don't fit anymore
LOLOL, wtf?! hahaha
Adam is such an amazing drummer
❤️ I love the creativity he puts into writing his parts.
Lo mejor q he escuchado en hace mucho. Gracias Spotify por sugerirme esta joya. Cheers from PR Guys. Love the sound.
Thank you for listening!
You’re running low~ on straight lines~!😎🧨
There are two major periods of my life, before and after discovering VOLA.
I feel the same. What a joy to come across them.
Those strings in the chorus that pop up after the vocal topline is just so precious 😭❤️. I can listen to the chorus for the rest of my life , its that good. The groove, the vocal production, the guitars, the synths, everything is just perfect.
😃🍄
This is insanely good! Love the rhythms and melody, sounds like an incredible song for concerts. Can't wait for more on the new album. Epic video, as well, very well put together. Thanks Kmac!
I was headbanging, moshing, wrecking my shit and crying at the same time. Thank you once again Vola, the new album looks like going to be a true masterpiece.
You get the feeling these guys are moving on to bigger things....
It's a dime a dozen song, nothing special about it.
@@PaxBisonica89 I wonder what you listen to
That keyboard solo is the best thing of 2020 and 2021 combined😍
So smooth and emotional
Money ready for the new album? Money ready for the new album.
@@DeceptiveSS May 21st according to VOLA’s video description.
@@Perdeler85 you are right, I retract my statement. According to Nicolai, 21st May still stands, Bandcamp allows only three months of headroom for preorders and that is where the confusion dwells.
@@DeceptiveSS it’s too far away 😩
Found them on Spotify about a year ago. So many great bands out there. You either have to dig for them or find them by chance. I just discovered Time, the Valuator. Thst is another great band.
Can't wait to hear new songs. Non vedo l'ora
A chi lo dici! My body's ready!
Another unbelievably emotionally charged song. Love what I'm hearing from you guys!!
Why is Sleep Token haunting this kid
Because The Night doesn’t belong to God
Jajajajaja LOL
... And why is he playing with a Tesseract XDD
@@poragburagohain87 This was fucking gold! lol
I wish sleep token would haunt me. One of my favorite bands
Most underappreciated band. Pretty much putting this and Head Mounted Sideways on repeat. Thanks for kicking out the killer tunes as always!
This band is getting better and better ☝️
You guys seem to have this massive ability to combine disparate style elements and orchestrate them into beautiful tone poems that also melt your face.
This band never disappoints
