Why do you set it in slow motion first. Just record normally than watch in slow motion. Otherwise you will have recorded only in slow motion and can't see your normal playing. That's the way Troy Grady uses it.

Your using string hoping, the motion should be coming from your wrist with a twist of wrist freeing the pick .. similar to using a key on a locked door ...
