So love Alexander Skarsgard. His characters gain so much from his really caring about each one. His kindness and compassion and lack of ego is so great to see
He is, undoubtedly, a beautiful man, tall, attractive (love him with this look) but I think he is also talented, professional, humble and "concrete"...he has not a superstar behaviour like many less famous people have. He has a very European upbringing, precisely north european and you can tell.... he's grounded and zero bullsh*t.

At 3:20 when he interrupts the director to say that when people say I’m a family man I’m a father, i thought he would say the opposite that when people say they’re a family man they’re a father, it makes them seem less evil and less capable of doing such things. Even the director was confused and said “because he has a child?” Lol

I love Alex, he’s an amazing actor and I follow his career very closely, but I will never understand why he has such a weird southern accent. His brothers don’t sound like that at all...
I think it might be because he did a True Blood for several years and as such spent a lot of time in the American south where it was filmed? Perhaps that had an effect on his speech.

That's a question that asked on Google. Some people are thinking that it stuck around after he filmed Straw Dogs. I remember him telling a story about having spent some time in Texas, as a kid, and went back to Stockholm with cowboy boots and was made fun of. That's just odd.

I fully know you posted this comment 2 years ago, but bill & gustaf have more swedish sounding accents because they are based in sweden, they live there when they aren’t working. alexander has actually lived in america longer than he lived in sweden at this point!!
