- This is the devlog no 2 of the Indian horror game ( Pyari Nani ) it took so long time to release it! it is my first time uploading a game on the play store so it took more time than usual! and currently, this game is available for mobiles and PC both! and for android, the game is also available on Google Play Store! and for the PC i have provided a discord link with a standalone version! ill upload it on steam in the future!
The game is very simple you have to find the diamond in the game by solving some puzzles and have to escape the gate with the diamond! it is very tough to escape the diamond while both nana and nani are alive so i have added some puzzles to kill them and make your path clear! this is the second devlog of the indian horror game and also i haven't given it a name before so in this devlog i have decided its name to Pyari Nani ! because nani is very kind! the game has some indian assets like chappal, belan and nani of course!

you can share models and texture among different objects to save some fps
2 - Occlusion Culling can make big impact on your game
simply it will not render the things which camera cannot see literally (huge impact)
3 - use profiler to see which f script is lowing the performance ... once you find the fricking script ... just get that out
4 - LODs it make also big change in performance ....if the camera is too far from the object ... just render the object as low poly and also you can use lods on texture
5 - ignore mesh collider as far as possible .. if you can use box collider on models then doo.. in game view click on stats to see how many there are vert
remove some colliders and mesh which have too much vert
6 - make sure you have one camera in scene other wise more camera = more lag

my review and some bugs
1 - The nani running animation is fast or the nani speed is low ... they dont match each other
2 - the nani walking on side or top is glitchy if cant solve just remove that feature
3 - you should add sprint funtion to player so it will be realistic when some one chase then running fast if / exploring then slow
4 - the torch is not usefull ... it literally dont effect .. make it brighter and in the middle (target in middle )
5 - the game fog is blue blue that does not feel realistic, make it black
6 - add trailer on playstore .. homepage sucks
my other opinion will come soon if i find ...

Sorry vaibhav for writing like this I know you did not understand some words because I write too fast and last tip to make your game smooth I low end devices don't work much on detail and add some bodars and cut out some animations It may work
actually that wasnt the problem the problem was realtime lighting in the scene and that couldn't be removed so i restricted the game for low end devices!
