I love this discussion especially the part of boundaries both professional and personal boundaries. I have learned that people will utilize every opportunity to take advantage of your time, or kindness or resources or whatever, or even encroach into your space with impunity. Setting boundaries would save you a lot of disrespect.
Listening to you guys made me realize that people are different. For example, I dont like phone calls because the timing might be inconvenient for me unlike text which I get to read at my own free time. But for lenghty conversations, I prefer calls because I can multitask. I can be answering a call and cooking, washing, cleaning etc but if it was a chat, I have to forgo everything else and focus on the chat. I think calls help me save up on time rather than text or chats. 😄😁
I enjoyed this conversation ❤. Especially the part about professional boundaries. God established a boundary for us when He gave us the Sabbath. Work 6 days, and rest on the 7th. Sometimes employers think we depend on our jobs for livelihood. Nope. God sustains our lives. We work to obey him. We work restfully. 😊😊

You know a thought just came to me re love languages. What if it's different depending on the whether intimate relationship or interpersonal. For example, what if with my spouse my love language is affirmation/touch but with everyone else gifting/time are they...
That’s a very good example actually, never thought about it like that. But thinking about it it now, it’s true that your love language can change depending on the relationship type!
