Mike can sing pretty much anything in his own way and get away with it.. Perfect vocal technique, when he wants it, and stunning charisma for me the best singer we have had in the last 25 years
Pattons voice is at it's peak here, i remember watching an interview with him and the guy asking the questions asked him if he's a big fan of Black Sabbath to which Mike replied "No, I've always hated Black Sabbath and growing up couldn't understand why people like them".
Billy Gould and Jim Martin's opposing contrast in playing styles really makes this performance kick ass. Billy is all over the place and Jim is just hanging cool.

Awesome band, and there has been nothing like them since....
Going to see them at Peace&Love, Sweden in about 4 weeks. Feels unreal to tell you the truth... and so fucking awsome! I hope they throw in A small Victory and Caffeine, my two personal favorites. But just to see them perform has been a dream for about 17 years now and it's finally gonna come true!
Black Sabbath must be proud! This is one of the most incredible covers ever made, especially because the band added their funky/progressive vibe and Mike added his strange personality to the song! Especially because it was a live taping! Mike often tried to piss off Jim because Jim Martin was an old 80's banger that didn't want to change! Thumbs up if you agree. Non FNM fans think it was a mistake, True FNM would know the difference!

RHCP is my favorite band so obviously I took Anthony's side of the argument, but I'm over it now and I can see Patton as a talented musician.
