It is 3 years later and I am here (again)because this never fails to make me happy (is that weird? Just kidding, I don't care if it is 😁)
I've lived 10 miles outside of Philly my whole life (49+). I remember Chase Utley's 'slip of the tongue' quite well (and, like everyone else, LOVED him for it 😁).
As Kelce was approaching the podium I said to my daughter (also Kelsey ❤)- "if anyone is going to drop 'an' F bomb, he'll be the guy to do 'it'.
I thought he'd probably get one in (One. I expected ONE 🤣)
He proceeded to blow everyone away as he spoke the most revered words in the history of Philadelphia...and that's saying somethin'...a pretty important document titled "The Declaration of Independence" was written and signed right here.

Had to come back to this one with the news of Jason's retirement. Still gives me goosebumps to this day. Much gratitude for blood, sweat, tears, and years he gave to the Eagles and the city of Philadelphia.

Hey I just have to say before I visited Philadelphia in 2008 I always heard a lot of bad things about it. Bad things such as it's a dirty city, people are mean, and it's a depressing place. The first time I visited back in 2008, I saw and felt the total opposite. I seen Philadelphia as a city full of heart, pride, vibrance, culture, good food, and some of the most beautiful looking hood chicks and dudes I have ever seen outside of Chicago. Long before it was ever thought of that the eagles would win a super bowl I was in love with Philadelphia. I have been to every major city out here in the northeast: Boston, New York, Baltimore, and Washington DC. After having visited the rest of those cities Philadelphia has always been my favorite and I always said that Philly was an underrated east coast city. In my opinion Philly is the "BEST and most REALIST CITY on the EAST COAST!!!!!" To all of you Philadelphians congratulations to your eagles for winning the super bowl, it was much deserved and over due. Continue to have the heart, love, and pride that you have for your city, besides the sports teams Philly has a lot of positive things to offer. Also to the haters of Philly that have doubted the city for achieving and being known for anything good. Just remember that all though the center is the most over looked part of any area, it will always be the backbone everyone likes to lean on and be like.
