In Chjna, manybcommunities and housing are 0lanned and buikt ahead of industries being planned and developed. Some private developers did over buikt, but they aren't bailed out by government

Rent is cheap in China if you're not in tier 1 cities

It actually depends on the city and location... In this community, the 2 bedroom unit costs around 3000rmb ($400)... Some housing rent are more expensive or cheaper than this...

i live in a small conty in north of China,the community just like this and 1000 rmb per month for three bedrooms,100 square meters
