In my opinion, Kenneth Kou, lacks integrity and is extremely selfish. Difficult to enjoy any music from someone with an ugly soul. To this day, I an very disappointed with the instrument he sold me. I feel spending thousands of dollars to buy the instrument of your dreams, should be a joyous occasion. He made it a complete nightmare for me. In my opinion, I would look for a different provider.
