World's Most Dangerous Roads - Tanzania: Life Force

- On the trail, traders try to get to the market, but torrential rains block the road. On the old tub the passengers crowd into the crowded holds. The captain struggles to keep calm
These stories humble me so that whenever I complain or think that my job is too hard, I only have to watch Deadliest Roads to understand that I have it easy.
This is the story of 1970’s. Don’t fool yourself
Sometimes I'm working from 8 to 8 my back pain killing me I'm complaining company not pay me well . Working three four thousand per month still complaining. When I see the video I always say thank you god
Beautiful place, hard life. We in the Industrialized world need to be extremely grateful that we are blessed with all of our comforts, plenty of food and good water and reliable sources of income. The lady at the end with the 4 children has seen a rough life, yet she was happy to be beginning a new life where she had begun.
Agreed pat
We have these things because we worked for them as a collective. Nobody out there improving the roads "too hard" nobody fixing their cars "too hard"
Its time and time again with these videos "Why wont the Government fix our road for us, life would be better" Fix it yourself if that is such a big deal, no, instead sit about and complain about the hardship.. its easier.
so you're grateful because there are people who are more difficult than you
what a lovely old ship hope she keeps going for a long time :)
Huge respect for filming crew to be going into all that
During my childhood, I had visited Tanzania twice. At that time, eventhough it was considered as a poor African nation, the country was very beautiful with excellent weather, safari etc. The quality of coffee, cashewnuts etc. were simply superb.
I had been to Mikumi national park. It was a wonderful experience altogether.
Due to restrictions, public wasn't allowed to drive on Sundays, to save fuel. That was the day when Air India lands at Dar Es Salaam airport. We used to drive to the airport to get a glimpse of our national carrier.
There was hardly anything that we could get to bring to India but we used to bring bangles, rings, bracelet etc. made of pure ivory.
I heard recently that Tanzania has developed very well as compared to 1980s.
I like your fact. People think that this documentary is recent. It is the 1970’s documentary (10 years after harsh colonialism whose colonialists left nothing to the country). Now Tanzania has the best road networks in Africa
@@temuemanuel4671 1970s? Really? Then the ship shouldn’t be 104 years old as the narrator said🤔
This documentary teach us to be thankful what we have ,our condition is way better than them
What part of india are you from ?

Africa is the most beautiful place on Earth even though the life is dificult.
Epic!Never thought Lake Tanganyika is this beautiful. Now we also need a documentary in our country Kenya!
Respect and recognition for the creators, ...
Very good documentary. The culture is always near the routes and modes of travel . The landscapes are incredible.
Right off the bat, I’m ashamed of myself for complaining about tiny things / and here is a man ready to drive a person 18 hours in rough conditions w/o batting an eyelash.
I’m mighty impressed w. the attitude & behaviors of these drivers. /
In comparison, I’m a spoiled brat !
These people are excellent !!
At least you realized you are million times lucky compared to billions of people suffering like this. Don't waste it.. Be extremely grateful. Help the less fortunate if you got plenty of blessings.
@@romella_karmey great thought..god bless you.
i recall my life .i thank god because we are very luckily born in tamilnadu, india where infrastructure and everything is available like heaven. I never complaint..Wonderful documentry and thanks to the entire team

Things don’t change so quickly in most African countries. I’m just lucky that in Nigeria where I am from, we don’t have it this bad.
This video already upload in free documentary three years ago.Thank you.
I loved this Documentary
A
@10:00 you say his old "Korean pick-up" But, That's a Datsun also known as Nissan and it's a Japanese vehicle very ,very reliable. Thank You for this documentary !!!!

Fantastic content enjoyed the feature well done 👍🏽 keep it up
i want to buy this series on dvd i love this narrator and that's rare coming from me . most of the time the narrator is an armature
or they just don't care about the quality of what they produce they put out the least amount of effort for the most amount of pay
when i detect a bad attitude that turns me off
Well I can tell you this Narrator is for sure an amature, Just in this clip alone we have 2 facts wrong, the size of the lake being bigger than GB and the age of the boat.. I have seen lost more in others of these and most of the "drama" of being "stuck" is staged, broken engines are a lot of the time just manuals with the clutch depressed or half depressed, they are all pre-wored up with lines, one you see all the time is "you know when you leave but never when you will arrive" word for fkn word out of the mouths of people all over the world..
18:26 You can see the van sliding as it is pushed (brakes on) while they just rev the engine with the clutch in..
Plus the way every "driver" goes on and on about their car being crappy makes me think they are incentivized in some way to lie.
Watching from Zambia
I'm not millionaire or I've not permanent job in India but , after watching this video I feels our life is better than other parts of world . I forget to complain God .
It so interesting and addicting,a humble experience...
Is this a re-upload? cause I've seen this documentary about 3 years ago.
Yes, me too
Yep.. No new content on this channel.. It's hacked from Free Documentary and Best Documentary.. Possibly same entities own these channels..
yes this is re upload this video is from FREE DOCUMENTARY CHANNEL
Is the re-upload content. It is the documentary of 1970’s. And I wonder why should people (insensitive and dishonest) upload such old video pretending to be recent. What is the mission under the Capet? Shame on them/him. And unfortunately people look and comment without even any research whether it is true or not.
Wow Tanzania my neighboring country am from Kenya
Also there are New 2 ships in Lake Tanganyika which again the former president started to build, and I don’t think this Old ship is making routes anymore. Try to update the This documentary cause is old. Now.
Fantastic content!!!Love to see!!
amazing ....we see a world and lives of those we never see before ....
Very interesting clip. Thanks
We as Africans are the ones making our own lives difficult..how can you suffer in paradise...this to me is paradise compared to where i live..
Yeah, its amazing how some basic things would make life so much more comfortable yet nobody tries.
Old documentaries, you are simply COPYING AND PASTING from Free Documentary.
Nah sister channel.. They upload to a lot of channels for more google adsense revenue...
They dont copy, they are the same people but they have multiple channels
Ohh so what who cares just watch it
Thank you for telling me that I won't watch another.
@@jaykay7023 I care.
That ship is the nicest thing ive seen from Africa episodes.
Pliz go to the neighboring country of Tanzania called Malawi in the North there's this road called livingstonia njakwa u can make a ver good documentary
The narrator says the area of lake tanganiyaka is larger than Great Britain’s. I checked - it isn’t. GB is 242k sqrkm, and the lake is only 32k sqkm.
These "documentaries" are full of inconsistencies and something between a very colored view of the situation to straight up propaganda.
Thank you
Enjoying watching.....nice doc
Nice video man👍👍
The father was desperately trying to catch enough fish to feed his family and have enough money to send their children to school. In America a lot parents are so drugged up they can't take care of themselves let alone their kids. Social progressive have declared education racist and got Oregon to pass a law that eliminates the need for a student to be proficient in math, reading or writing to graduate. In ten years the kids in Tanzania may be better educated, healthier and richer then the kids in Oregon.
Representing Kisumu, kenya..tanzania twasija
Representing New Jersey in the United States of Puerto Rican dissent!! God bless!!!
I really like the food only, I'm from mwanza city Tanzania ❤️❤️❤️
Already uploaded before a long time
Yep in free documentry
Beautiful road but dangerous
MV Liemba is a star liner when compared to M.G.Begmani that cruises the congo river in DRC.
Thank you.
Decent place to live
Not very bad in Tanzania compared to other rural African countries.
A Datsun pick up truck ? It must have a great engine...and chassis.
So you changed your profile huh! .. i didn't recognize until i click it ...

Alligator: nah man, go on and get a drink. I’m not going to try and eat you.
Gazelle: thanks bro. I don’t want our species to go to war.
Narrator says fish are plentiful, one min later says over fishing have exhausted the resources lol, so which is it? (28:00 min)
LOL!
Because they fish using their great grandfathers methods they need modern fishing to utilize the plentiful reserves
Old one. Please upload new videos.
RIP Hayati John pombe magufuli
I hope someday I can get to Africa...
Make sure of which areas to visit and be sure to have a 2 way ticket and plenty of money but don't flash it
@ 22:34 on the deck above at first class some one is trying to make a score :) !!!
I dont like how people look sad cause they poor but they keep having babies
Eish u can say dat again
Who says poor people are not supposed to have babies
Great Documentaries!
10:00 "old Korean pickup" the narrator says. Even if you missed that it is obviously a Nissan Hardbody, it says DATSUN right on the grille. It's not Korean. It's Datsun/Nissan. It's Japanese. We are supposed to be concerned about the reliability of Japanese products now?
A wee bit of research would garner credibility. Datsun (Nissan) is Japanese, not Korean.
I only counted 2 lifeboats for 600+ people!!! Good luck
I had the same thought..lol..I hope that they can swim
@@cyntar556 Most can't, but hey on the bright side that could be 600 less aide parcels you have to fork out for soon!
" The stability of this boat is excellent" says the guy😒
So goat is Mbuzi there also ✊#Africanicity
Government should step in for this problem and educating.
Same attitude as these slackers "someone else should fix it" and that is why its a shithole and other countries, less so.
I'm not going to give your money back...it means you stole her money😁😁😁
You must have said like-- I'm not going to give you money 😁😁😁

Certain things may get lost in translation, it happens , but it captures essence of the conversation well. I speak fluent Swahili.
@show me the world,
please review this video with your translator, and make sure he/she knows Tanzania very well.
In my country Kenya you would rather go and get the petrol together with the bodaboda guy. Ni kubaya sana huku kwetu
Eiish pple are suffering in the continental 😭
You didnt total the total price as well, how much for all this I have to get it done
Wow it's Crazy There. In Tanzania
Isn't this a production shown in free documentary
Why do so many people who live in abject poverty make their lives harder by having loads of kids??? And thus the cycle continues.
This is an Old Documentay. This Road is Already constructed by the former Presiden Magufuli.
This is the difference from a country with a string government and ones without strong governments. Without government you can have freedom, with government you lose your freedoms.
Noma sana
Common theme in nearly all of these…mud and dirt roads
Cutting a man with a axe 🪓 what help can that really do leaving marks on you that’s crazy
They'll have to know how to read and write to know where babies come from just keep having them too they can starve just seems like the right thing to do
"The chicken is taking its time "😋
