Welcome to my Channel - In this video Karen & I arrive for a 5 night break at Twitchen House Holiday park near Woolacombe in North Devon, we set up and take a walk around the holiday park.

My old hometown of Ilfracombe and Woolacombe beach was a favourite. I sure miss North Devon. Nice little video, well done Andrew and Karen.

Yes we were a bit apprehensive about staying on a holiday park but where we were was really peaceful, if we had know that part of the touring site would have been that quiet over the Bank Holiday we would have asked to move to a slightly leveller pitch, but we had set caravan up and were happy with position, thanks for watching

We stayed at the two sites in Woolacombe in statics when our doggos were quite young. Lovely area 💜

Lovely Woolacombe 😍 used to go there a lot. Used go to The Thatch in Croyde, Lovely meals! Hope you enjoyed! North Devon beautiful just the weather can be tricky even the summer. Nice vid guy's, looking forward to your future trips now that I've discovered you on the tube.👌👍

Yet to take our van to Devon & Cornwall and we really must do it soon. £99 for five nights full service is a very good price and it looks lovely there. ATB Dave & Helen
Yes couldn't knock the price for 5 nights, we were a bit apprehensive but it was really peaceful where we were pitched, thanks for watching 👍
Thanks for video, staying there for 7 nights in September and wondered what access was going to be like. On a super pitch as well so will sort out the water feed for the aquaroll when we get home from our current trip.

We are there in august with grandkids we have been before we won a week there with UK camping had the pitch next to you ,as you say slopping good family site good chippy in woolacombe great beach they used to run a bus into woolacombe not certain if they still do.

How were the shower facilities?
They manned and were constantly being cleaned throughout the day.
If you’re at twitchen house, do you have to stay on that site or can you visit woolacombe or easewell?

@@andrew-karens-adventures what I mean is, all 3 parks have different activities, so I was wondering if I can go onto woolacombe park and use their swimming pool etC or whether I can only use twitchen
Ahhh now I understand - yes I think you are allowed to use the facilities on the other parks - You get a wrist band - We did not use any of the facilities or activities we just used it as a base to explore the area - Hope that helps - May be a good idea to look at there web site

Not for us. We prefer tucked away CLs.
Everyone wants a different type of site, we had never done a holiday park, thought we would give it a try & it was OK, thanks for watching
