21:56 thanks for the shout out! Yes, I decided to stubbornly stick to my Arcane build in Bloodborne......it's sad to know that i wont get an arcane weapon until late into the game but at least i can make use of the extra fire damage i get from it. Bloodborne is honestly growing on me a lot and I am really enjoying it more than DS3. That's no insult to DS3 game either - I think that even my least favourite Souls game is still a great game, but some of them appeal to me more than others based on my personal tastes. As far as what else you can talk about while playing, you could also tell us about other things that interest you, other hobbies, or stories from your personal life if that isn't too private. You seem to know a lot about history/mythology and biology too - I find it interesting when you talk about greek gods, or animal evolution, etc.
27:10 if i had to guess i would say that yes, each status proc in MH takes more than the previous one - just like mounting attacks in World take more jump attacks to activate with each one you get.
16:55 since the insect Glaive doesn't have a big slam attack like the SwAxe, one option for big damage on a sleeping monster is to bring a large barrel bomb to explode on their head to wake them up hahaha. Those do big damage.
13:13 I just wrote a long comment but I think it disappeared....long story short, I think monsters in previous MH games had more HP and more speed and aggression, and you had less tools available to deal with them too. You couldn't even see your damage numbers before World either.
Oh Gladly but as you may see on the series for both monster hunter world and rise, my internet is less than reliable + I currently devote most of my free time in Monster Hunter World to grind for Alatreon.

8:45 it looks like the mud drains your HP while you stand in it
