Long time no see! Truth be told, I began to suck at this game, due to simply not devoting enough time to the game. I did play my favorite decks here and there, but they haven't gotten me very far. Simply, you can build a deck to have fun, and lose at a competitive locals, and sulk about it, or you can learn the lesson, build a deck to win, and actually have fun with the interactions in your competitive games. I still wish I accomplished something like this with my Pendulum deck(s), but a W is a W. Can't complain, really had lots of fun, and some great matches.
Anyway, this is a low budget deck. No Snake-Eyes. Just the good ol' structure deck, with the addition of some staples, handtraps, and Extra Deck stuff available to pretty much anyone. Hope this serves as an inspiration for those who don't want to invest much time and money into the game, yet still play competitively. So yes, it is possible to have a deck under 100$ and still top regionals. I'm gonna continue playing this way, not gonna build many more new decks, not gonna chase expensive cards - I'm a busy man, I got other things to do in life. But I'll still keep my desire to build wacky decks that work, and that can do something against the other competitive decks. So stay tuned, maybe soon you'll be seeing something completely new that works wonders!

Hey, that's awesome to hear! I'm really glad my video was of help, and I hope you had fun at the tournament! Well, piloting the deck is just one of the factors in this game, you still have to familiarize yourself with your opponents and their decks. But that's where more fun lies, exploring the game!
