Congratulations with this new Sky Park. I think Bangkok , like most big Asian cities, needs more trees, plants and less cars. So life quality will go up.
Nice, the small park has been there for some time now. And with new subway lines it´s easier to explore "the other side of the river" (Chao Pr West) too. Not so often I go there, even though I´ve been working and living in town for quite a while. BTW Bicycle track! Yes, of course, why don´t people use bicycles more here?
A great idea, but what a pity the skypark is squashed between noisy lanes of traffic. A park is for fresh air, not to get your lungs full of pollution from traffic. Let's hope future skyparks will be stand alone parks, away from traffic.

As far as I know this skypark construction is extended and modified from abandoned stanchions of planed skytrain, which is due to corruption and project cancellation.It's eyesore for over decades. It seems Thailand have learned project failure from this site as well along with Hopewell project (Don muang airpoart rail link) that has now became red line electric train.
This sky park is build for the first sky train in Bangkok 35 years ago, by Taiwan's company name "Lavalin" but the company is bankruptcy then the project is terminated.
Not really , Actualy this is abandon bride more than 10 years no one use this bride for a long time , And bangkok governor decided to Renovate nd improve the bride for useful 'nd beautiful for bangkokian ....the words "wrong location" its not right 'cuz bkk governor just improve old bride and they just add green area on the bride....that is.
