How to Convert 220v ac drill to 24V DC drill machine

Hi friends today I am going to show how to convert a scrap cord drill to 24v cordless drill machine .
Here I used 24v li-ion battery and 775 motor .

I think for drilling 895 and above are beasts torque there power will not decrease while drilling or screwing

It has no gear reduction like DC drills and is likely to fail. Also, motor is not secured to the frame to stop countermotion of the motor.

That white part connected to Chuck assembly is the gear box. It's planetary gearbox.

Yeah he must that low rpm = higher torque ( gearbox ) .
The dc 775 motor used in common for rpm .
So if he used torque motors like 795 and above will be stronger
