In 2017, IQRA Bilingual Academy (IQRABA), founded in 2010, became the first international Islamic School in Africa to meet all 12 standards and achieve full accreditation from the Middle States Accreditation Board.
Over the last ten years, IQRABA has been one of the fastest growing schools in the Senegal with a rate of 800%. Presently, there are 476 students, not counting the long waiting list. Education and community support services cannot be met due a lack of physical space in the current premises. To date, we are the only U.S. accredited school in Africa without it's proper campus. IQRABA’s capacity and infrastructure have now reached a critical point where the construction of a site with a modern purpose is the only way of sustaining current levels of growth and ensuring the introduction of vital new services so desperately needed by the community. It is time to grow and build a world-class campus that can continue to serve the masses desirous of an Islamic-centered education for generations to come inshaAllah.

IQRABA Project Budget
Our estimated financial need for the 1st phase of this project is about 4 million dollars. This phase will comprise the construction of a five-story building, auditorium, science labs, gymnasium, and a masjid and will accommodate up to a maximum of 2000 students.
