Very nice job on this video. For our crew, the breather is a must have. If you do any water crossings, you will risk locker actuator failures without the breather. I know of 4 guys that have had actuator failures on Tacomas/4Runners. So, yes to breathers!!

How often do you check and replace the filter?

I think your asking about the engine air filter. If I’m in the desert following someone I check it daily and change if needed. I have a spare OEM one I blow out gently. Regularly I have k and n so I can clean and reuse. I need to do this very frequently or my engine will suffer.
