Oh Yes Gina....I was raised on Beef Short Ribs. My mama would pressure cook these with onions to get them tender. All done in 45 minutes. Our Sunday Dinner fed 6 people with mashed potatoes, fried okra and corn. Yes Ma'am. I know! You just can't beat good cooking.
