Nerv impingement in my neck story, unboxing useful household items and online ordered Christmas gift

I have had severe pain issues the last weeks again, my neck, my right shoulder and right arm were hurting like hell. After three doctors visits, a physiotherapist and chiropractors visit, I finally was diagnosed with nerve impingement of the radialis nerve in my neck. So the last couple of weeks I’ve been in a lot of pain, I couldn’t even hold my phone because it’s too heavy so no scrolling on Instagram. I’ve mainly been watching a lot of Netflix, napping when it was possible and taking several hot showers every day to ease my pain. Luckily, I had ordered the most important Christmas gifts (the ones for my children) online before I fell ill. So you can see me unboxing a couple of items.
