At the very least, it may help someone in the future lol. It's the PE Design 10 by Brother....discontinued. Design 10 and 11 are out there online to buy though from other sellers. And the other program that he used (black screen w/ the red design) was Adobe Illustrator (AI).

figured out the changing of the colors, when you put your design in the embroidery field, does it go directly to the center.
