I fucking ADORE Tsukimichi. Season 1 was a fantastic start to get people into the story. The characters are all really damn great and likable. And crazy.
Season 2 is mega rewarding, following through with plenty of what you wanted following up on S1. I read a fan translation of Tsukimichk, and the whole story goes HARD AF. Seeing all of the OPs and EDs together like this really drove home that they are all bangers.
I can only find the first volume of the ln translated, is the rest fan translated and not machine translated? If so please link I really want to read ahead.

Unfortunately the light novel only now has started being translated, so it’ll be a good while before the material after the anime/manga to translated. If you read the manga ans then switch to the WN, you won’t miss much of any details.

There's a third cover version that gets used as an ending in season 2, and all of them are performed by the voice actors

the first ending is called kojo no tsuki (moon over the ruined castle) from the meiji era and have some orchestral changes along the series (like the 3rd ending tomoe an mio sang). its a kind of a folk song over there so famous that even scorpions and Yngwie Malmsteen cover ir, it even aapear in the game cyberpunk 2077

Even if Tsukimichi fall on all the common cliches of the Isekai Genere. has an unique identity that make it one joy to see.
I recommend you watching "Sentouin, Hakenshimasu!" or "Combatants Will Be Dispatched!" if you haven't watched yet. It's made by Natsume Akatsuki same guy that did Konosuba.

It is quite a good series. There is a lot of world building and slow segments but it's great.
The singer of the 1st and 3rd op did the chainsaw man ed 5 so yeah he is a pretty good singer
I would also recommend to watch this show its somewhat similar to slime and its a isekai parody show
