When I first heard that there was gonna be a Spongebob musical even I had to admit, as a big Spongebob and musical fan, that it just sounded ridiculous and weird. I was so skeptical about it because I didn't think it would work. But oh my god, everything about the Spongebob musical from the costumes to the songs is just laughably good, this ridiculous idea doesn't deserve to be this good but somehow it is and I am completely in love with this and even more of a Spongebob fan than before. I hope this goes on to win awards and gets every bit of recognition it deserves.

This musical is literally GOALS. All the different amazing artists who made these songs for the musical, FUCKING ETHAN SLATER HUMAN VERSION OF SPONGEBOB (I love him so much help me), and them not doing this in weird costumes but giving the characters a human look. I love this so much!!!! The cast is everything I wanted it to be 😫❤

The verity of actors in this is amazing. They have new people making their broadway debut, like Ethan Slater- (yes, this is his first broadway show), and yet there's people like Stephanie Hsu and Gavin Lee. Everything about this musical is amazing.

I originally hated the idea of this, because I love Spongebob so much, however, one thing I'm not as huge a fan of, is franchise musicals, because I just feel like the thing that's being turned into a musical immediately turns into a huge joke afterwards, but this whole thing has actually grown on me and I would kill to see this once it hits Broadway.
