This is awful I’ve been farming this guy for hours and can’t get it I have 2 carps and the treasure helmet and it won’t DROP
Yeah idk whats wrong with the rng of this game but you either get a drop on the 1st kill or hours later. All I can say keep trying or head to ng+2 to get a 3rd carp. There's also a helmet called "skull of turtle treasure" that boosts drop rate.
