With Mahomes, our worst seasons have been AFC championship losses.
I can't complain after all the years of like 3-5 win seasons and around there.
If you are comparing Mahomes with Brady, AFC championship losses will not be enough. Either you shut up with those dumb comparations or you live up to the hype that comparations.

Chiefs biggest problem since Reid came is their defense.
Honestly, I can’t be that upset about this season.
That was a magnificent turnaround for their season, going from 3-4 and looking like the bottom-feeders of the league to the AFC Championship.
That’s not easy to do, but they did it rather convincingly. Even if they didn’t make another super bowl, I’m still proud of them.
That’s exactly my thought. All the best for the chiefs next season, hopefully they can address all these drawbacks in the off season.

Fair enough, though that game was downright awesome.
Still, I can’t be disappointed in them, even though they lost the championship.
Congrats to the Bengals. Hopefully, they knock Kroenke’s Rams on their asses and win Lombardi.
Amen to that. Still would've preferred we hadn't choked in the second half, but I feel that game only reminded us of the issues that plagued us for the whole season. And even with that, we still made if farther than anyone had anticipated back in October, like you said. Here's to a good offseason!

Last night sucked as a chiefs fan not gonna lie. BUT we hosted the AFC Championship at home for 4 straight years. No other team in the AFC can say they've accomplished this. Looking forward to watching the Rams win the Superbowl at home.

It is absolutely insane you brought it up. If you think back for a sec you will remember that the Bengals made a big stop on Trevor Lawrence at the goal line (possibly near the end of the half) to prevent the Jags from going up 21-0, eerily similar to the Bengals' stop of KC at the goal line at the end of the half, preventing them from going up 28-10.

I was kinda expecting an abridged retelling of Lenny's descent into Shakespearean Tragedy, but this works too, he was the only reason I rooted for the Chiefs this season so it's nice to not have my heart ripped out by his pain just yet... that's gonna happen when the West Finale comes out.

I'm still happy for the Chiefs. We were 2-14 not that long ago and now we've hosted 4 straight AFC Championship games, made it to 2 Superbowls, and won 1 of them. I'm proud of how far this team has come.

As to your last point, as of the final week of the regular season, if you count Cam Newton as the starter for the Panthers, the AFC had 11 starting quarterbacks 26 or younger, while the NFC had 11 starting quarterbacks 27 or older

I knew we would go deep but it was a hell of a game. We just sold in the second half and let up.

It is the most generalized crap ever. He uses ESPNs headlines of a game and regurgitates them. He doesn't do any actual research about any games. I have never found a single fan that reacted the way he did about any game. ESPN and NFL networks did though. HMMM It is easy to make stuff when you possess zero knowledge of other teams.

It fits the tone. As a titans fan, I thought the chiefs would take care of business and eliminate the tiger king. But a certain someone couldn't hold on to a lead. The theme is somber and has a kind of grim vibe, one that matched my emotions when I realized Joe sheisty was heading to L.A to duel Stafford and Co.

As a Chiefs fan, obviously I'm heartbroken, but there's really just no excuse I can give out, we were up big and we choked. Defense was iffy but played stoutly at critical times early on and were a missed tackle away from, more than likely, being up 21-3 or even 24/28-3 at halftime. The botched last play at half severed any momentum we might have had left at the moment. The misfortune, bad play calling, and bad execution carried into the second half and, what happened, happened. We'll be back, and hopefully things go differently next time. Congrats to the Bengals on the continuation of an incredible season! Good luck in the Bowl yall

I’m proud of the chiefs and look forward to playing the Bengals next year as well as the Bills. Too bad many Cincinnati fans seem to have so much hate against M and the Chiefs. I blame the media for pushing the whole “Goat” convo but it is what it is. It’s one thing for fans to think their QB or team is the best, but when the media does it it incites hatred between fans. Since Mahomes started he’s been to 4 straight AFC championships with 2 SBs and one ring. That’s awesome. He’s still young and will only get better imo. I just hate it when the media goes on these “passing the torch” rants because people criticize and hate as soon as they lose. Can’t win ‘em all tho, not even Brady lol and there’s no way Mahomes or any of these young QBs should be compared to Brady this early in their careers. You needed a few f-bombs to realistically portray a Chiefs fan. I went to KC for Packers games in 1993 and 1996 and I got sworn at a lot. I was glad that the Chiefs lost. It must have been priceless to see their classless fans get quiet as the game slipped away. I also went to Cincinnati for a Packers game once and their fans were much classier.

I can honestly say how much I enjoyed this video. Yes, I am a 72 year old Bengals fan went to the very first game. The Chief & Bengals have a history..One point, in 1969 our Prodigy Quaterback was sacked by Kansas City in the third game of the season. It was a very clean but hard hit which destroyed Greg Cooks Shoulder.. For you younger fans, the Great Bill Walsh said Greg Cook was the best QB Prospect he had ever seen, ever. but in 1969, the surgery was next to being butchered so his career was over...Anyway, I loved the video and hope you do the same next season...God Bless Chiefs fans,,I know you are sad but remember you have two (2) Lombardi Trophies...

Well they come back in the 2nd half of the season. They’re probably going to get some more defensive players or more offensive players in the draft. Or maybe more o-line players
