WHY would you want the jump list to WAIT or DELAY?!? Don't suggest nonsense like that, immediate and responsive functions should be prioritized. Not slower nonsense like that.
wow, so 3 years later you can STILL not reposition the bloody task bar and make it smaller? Boy am I glad I don't use this joke of an operating sysetm.
@SouravSatvaya It was with some of the new features released for the BETA channel, where you can choose to show your apps as grid or list, Canary Channek hasn't got this feature yet,
In 2025, there are still people using the Windows operating system. I can't understand how people can be so naive to use such a slow, terrible system that spies on users and is paid, not free. It has many issues, such as sudden crashes, black screens, blue screens, and more. On the other hand, there's Linux, which is incredibly powerful and secure, free forever, and respects your privacy. It offers complete freedom and customization. It's safe, and you can do anything you want with it. Nowadays, you can even play major video games on Linux without any issues, including playing Steam games smoothly. You can also perform tasks like video editing, design, 3D modeling, and graphics work easily and seamlessly without any problems. For newcomers to Linux, there's a great distribution called Linux Mint. It's powerful, lightweight, and has a user interface similar to Windows, making it easy for any beginner or new user coming from Windows to transition seamlessly.
- No port for Visual Studio and C# - Easy to break - Updates can brick system - Bad support for nVidia drivers - Proton - Bad anti-cheats support And more, unfortunately. Maybe one day it will change Linux OS. I like to use Chris Titus winutil and shutup10 app
Thanks to twitter.com/PhantomOfEarth for discovering the IDs for these features.
These features were already available in Windows 7.
Windows 11 ❌
Windoww 7 ☑
with more to boot. You still can't change the size nor the position of the task bar. This thing is a bloody joke
So I'm not the only one who uses macOS wallpapers on my Windows machines!

it's just kde plasma at this point
only that Plasma allows you to customise the panels and Windows won't allow you to reposition the taskbar.
How to activate animations?
vivetool /enable /id:29532725

Microsoft only refurbished the surface, the internals were basically unchanged, and it may be very old
Do you know if the new start menu is available as a hidden feature, like the taskbar features you just shared?
It's on Canary Channel, not on Beta

Mmm... Because most people don't know computers well, grab a computer at random in the store, whatever it is, as long as it works.😅
