    How bond strenght increasing and frequency increasing

      Bond strength influences force constant in Hook's law therefore it may increase IR frequency with increase in bond strength. But so many other factors can also influence IR frequency of absorption such as electronegativity, H-bonding, reduced mass and resonance.
