@@RodneyRoss I've been an area contractor since 86, it's brutal finding competent men or women to do projects...I have a couple REALLY good master electricians, plumbers, HVAC guys in my resources, if you need someone, reach out...Guys that service these areas...I'm doing a Condo in Ocean City NJ currently, It's even tougher down there, finding guys...Good health to you and yours...
