Thank YOU, I had some rando attack me in the comments for loving the flavors of my people. It means a lot to us that you enjoy the vlogs 🙂. We really appreciate your support ❤️.
Yay TPF's! I have so many great memories at this place. About 10 years ago, my daughter and I dined here and the service was phenomenal. A lovely French gentleman waited on us and wrote down the places that we should visit in France. My daughter, now 21, still has the list. I remember the food being better than anticipated and the view from our window seat was the very best. Thanks for another great video. You guys rock. Have a wonderful week ❤
We had a lovely French server too, they really do make the difference at the world showcase restaurants. That is so sweet that she still has the list. We got a list of recommendations for Japan from a lovely Japanese CM in a merchandise shop one day. The window seats are great, I just wish some of the tables weren't so close to each other, it was hard for me to even pick my jacket up from the back of my seat without touching the person behind me. Hope you have an amazing week- stay warm :)
Chefs de France is pretty solid - especially the service. I don't think I ever had anything there blow me away, but the staff there were always so nice and fun. Great video as always! Another location where I forget how loud it is.
it's been years since we have been at Chefs de France - I think we might need to revisit at some point. Great video! Side note, but I am still trying to figure out what those people are doing in the bushes @2:57 in the video lol
The commentary at the end had me cracking up. The "good Italian folk." ❤️ I'm excited for this series. This place is not for me. Just so loud! And that steak was sad looking and agreed, could have easily been from an Applebees. I do like me a good escargot though so maybe one day I'll go just to get those and bounce. 😂
I went recently with my son, after watching a review of their Mac n cheese. He was blown away but I wasn’t. It was ok. Great reviews and can’t wait to see the next one!
Great review. Can’t wait for the rest of this series. It’s sad that people don’t understand the greatness that is the New York New jersey dinner experience. I want to try escargot but Jay has to be there incase I hate it lol
I feel like Disney has been handing out bread again which makes me happy. Im hindsight, the hot baguette may have been my favorite part of this meal 😆.
Oh I love this restaurant! My mom took me here when I was in High School circa 1991 and wow I was enchanted! Thank you for reminding me of this beautiful memory! God bless! 💕🙏💕
awesome video, can you get a side of that mac and cheese? or I wonder if they would let you sub that for the pasta in the beef bourgeon? love your reviews, can't wait for the next one!
I know someone said you can sub for mashed potatoes but since the mac is already an entree I don't think you can. it can't hurt to ask though! Definitely seems like it'd be a delicious combo 😋. Thanks so much! We feel lucky to have you watching 🙂
In terms of atmosphere, I think Chefs looks so cozy and almost magical from the outside looking in at night. But once inside the uncomfortably close tables and overall noise level are a bummer. That said love the baguette and onion soup. Our server suggested subbing mashed potatoes for the noodles in the dish Jay had and it was very good - helped soak up the sauce.
I think Monsieur is pronounced more like, “Meh- schure” with the emphasis on the second syllable. It’s not intuitive at all but I took French in High School😊😊
Man, you guys were literally under a spot light ! 😂 Not good ambiance at all. We ate there about 3 years ago. Will not go back. Very rude staff, food was just ok nothing special. Expect more from a "fine dining" experience, which in our opinion fell grossly short. Loud, crowded together, not happy people. And it just was not one staff / server, they all were miserable. Looking forward the the rest of the series. Thanks for the review and keep on eating !
The lighting was so bad, I knew the footage was going to look terrible :( We luckily experienced great service, but for a fine dining experience the food and ambiance were mediocre. The next few on the list were a big step up.
why not? chef art's stopped making their own donuts and started getting them from everglazed (it helps that they're owned by the same company) (and it was a terrible mistake)
Why!!!!! Does utube keep sending me videos that I tell utube don't want to see!!!! What the fuxk is wrong with utube! Why is the user not the important person in the equation?
You’re so right about Long Island diner soup!! IYKYK!! Love the vids guys!

Agree that the staff is absolutely wonderful, I just wish they had a few less tables- they really cram you in there haha
I grew up on Staten Island and loved getting French onion soup at diners, so I get it!
My (Sam) Dad lived on Staten Island and we always got French Onion soup from the Woodrow diner :) Such great memories!
@ I thought you might’ve been from Staten Island because I hear a little of the accent!
Was waiting on this review!!! Great video as always
Thanks so much!!!

Me too!!! 😂
haha I think they were searching for a lost item! Thank you for watching :)

The baguette looked amazing but agree in a restaurant setting, smaller individual baguettes would make way more sense.

Thank you so much! Shiki Sai is up next :)
Love this!
Glad you enjoyed!
That soup is delish! pretty accurate to a French restaurant
The soup was the best part!!!

How did you comment 17 hours ago if the video has only been up for 3 mins 🤯

@@patrickkuhn5069 I’m a member. I get the videos a day early. You should join too.
We've filmed 3 of the restaurants so far, and they have gotten better and better each time : ) Can't wait to finish it out.
The baguette looked wonderful...and complimentary???

Aww I am so glad it brought back nice memories for you!!! God bless
Based on all the reviews I’ve seen of this place I’d be surprised if this is the best restaurant in Epcot, but we shall see.
Thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching, it's one of our faves but so far as we've filmed 3 out of 5 of our series- it's pacing for the bottom of the list.
@@ThemeParkFoodies looking forward to the other videos.

I 100% agree with your opening statement! I would go in on a chilly Epcot night for bread and soup :)

How do you rate the french onion soup compared to Steak 71?
We actually haven't had dinner there yet, only breakfast!
@@ThemeParkFoodies it’s pretty good!! We are a couple of Italians from NY too love you guys 👍

How are the food and decor there at Chef de France 🇫🇷?
They're fun and festive 🙂. Thanks for asking!
I have had some goods meals there.
Us too! I don't think this will be #1 but it's a fun solid restaurant 🙂
I am sure the bread is coming from next door at Les Halles boulangerie
Makes sense!
why not? chef art's stopped making their own donuts and started getting them from everglazed (it helps that they're owned by the same company) (and it was a terrible mistake)
Hate noisy restaurants. You want to feel relaxed and special not self-conscious
Our next spot on the list is much more quiet and relaxing :)
Disney adults are the weirdest people ever.
Says the person watching & commenting on their videos 😂
@ it popped up on my RUclips. So, ok?
Why!!!!! Does utube keep sending me videos that I tell utube don't want to see!!!! What the fuxk is wrong with utube! Why is the user not the important person in the equation?
I can't speak for RUclips but if you comment on videos that you "don't want to see", it's likely they'll keep suggesting those videos.
the correct answer is shiki sai izakaya. yummo. i'm embarrassed to admit that how often we have eaten there, but it might involve a fan.
We LOVE Shiki Sai!
