- Rules:
-Must watch 11 hours and 50 minutes on RUclips. The last 10 minutes will be streamed live on my Instagram Page - / pgwpiano
-I can stretch
-I can only get out of my room to use the bathroom. If I leave, I have to stop the timer.
-I will not be looking at the chat because I have to focus on listening to the young man, Mr. Yunchan Lim himself
PS. Sorry for the low-quality webcam :(
My main camera overheated in test streams... Видеоклипы
Piergiorgio Wilson, you are now officially a peak sigma! This is quite the journey and I don't understand still how you sit for basically 12 hours without any pain! I hope you do these challenges some other time and I will make sure to donate some money to show respect.

love something and it's not a wonder!
I was there for the end on stream! What an incredible experience.
A seminal moment in RUclips history
Thanks! I enjoyed being a part of it, and watching it live!
Wow you really did it! 👏👏👏🥳🍾🎉
Insane pianist, insane RUclipsr 😆
It didn't save the end with my speech... To those who were there, it was an honor. Thank you! ❤
UPDATE: NEVER MIND IT DID SAVE 🥲
How do you not have yourself after watching yunchan lim play for 12 hours!? I know I hate myself after hearing him play for 12 minutes. :' )
(Slightly depress LOL)
@@Elijah24553 because other people's succes shouldn't affect your own 👀
It's not his success that bothers me, it's the lack of my own success.
@@Elijah24553 Then use his talent to fuel your motivation, strive to become like him
I was impressed by your attempt.. I watched last 30 minutes enjoying your comments..
i😀
Now we need Yunchan Lim to play the Liszt Transcendental Etudes for 12 hours!
We dont want Yunchan to be like Scriabin. Scriabin injured his right hand when he was practicing and using his wrists too much (was practicing Islamey and Reminiscenes de Don Juan). It surprisingly forever changed how he composed stuff for right hand for piano works...
I'd been listening to live chatting for two hours. After 10 hours, he sounded like drunken and went 🤪 a few times . It was fun. I send you my respect for doing this for such a long time.
legendary video
Thanks for your huge effort to watch YC Lim playing.!!
Thank u so much really enjoyed live chat for 12hours let’s do again With Yunchan Lim , worth it anytime
Enjoy listening to your comments and reactions.
i dont know whats more insane.. the playing or you!!
some days I actually walk around and loop this, not for 12 hours but most of the day
12 hours is insane wow!!!
Now it's time to listen to the flight of the bumble bee for 40 hours!
Or La Campanella - Now THAT would be torturous
@@DerekLowePianist its not that bad
@@anarivera3545 what are you talking about? listening to anything for 40hrs would be torturous
라이브쳇트 해줘서 정말 고맙고 즐거웠어요
Good job 🎉
This is eventually gonna appear on Lingling 40 hrs...
Your probably right.
@@Elijah24553 Heads up - Twoset Collab right up your way!
Really? Aight gotta check that out! This may be the precise moment where Piergiorgio is noticed by Twoset if he hasn't been already lol
It's garnering traction on reddit. Fingers crossed!
I found it on lingling40hrs
WOW!!!
I can totally believe that Yunchan would be able to play this for 12 hours straight to be honest given how economical his technique is!!!
@Einekleine That is very understandable. Performing all of the Transcendental Etudes is a huge emotional/technical undertaking!
@Einekleine Well...Since he practices for 14+ hours a day...I think he would survive a mere 12 hours of listening.😶
@Einekleine According to Yun-Chan, "Mr. Lim explains that his usual practice routine stretches from around 1pm until the following dawn."
Seems like "I won't look at chat" fell apart like a New Years Resolution ;)
분명히 여기에 한국인 있을거야 제발
임윤찬군도 대단하지만
이분도 대단합니다 👍🙏👍
W Liszt
감사합니다👏👏👏👏

멋지네요.브라보.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
*The best moment at the **12:00:00** :D*
🤣
I am just realizing this, from 12:50 - 12:57 Liszt actually reuses that exact passage in his transcription of Ave Maria by Schubert. Note for note left and right hand. Thought it was a cool thing i wnted to point it out.
12시간이라니..ㄷㄷㄷㄷ
Imagine doing this, but for a performance that contains tons of wrong notes. I would’ve gone insane.
So glad you like Liszt!
Why on Earth he needs this experience? And Whining! Crazy!
If I uploaded myself watching this I could title the video “attempting to watch piergiorgio Wilson watch yunchan Lin play 12 Liszt Etudes for 12 hours”
I dare you to one up me
It was a pretty interesting stream, I acctually was in college when the stream was going, and when I came back home it was still going on, and decided to chat a bit close to the end of the stream. It was pretty cool chating with the classical music community. BTW your stamina is impressive, you sat there listining to that for 12 hours that's insane. Do you have a headache now?
How long did you sleep after this? What were your dreams like? Did you really do push ups after this? As a gymnast I would endorse that!
Slept for 9 hours. Had three different dreams last night (all of them good). I think I definitely could've done some push-ups, but I for sure felt weaker pretty much sitting in a chair for 12 hours straight, lol.
@@PiergiorgioWilson I'm age 21 and did gymnastics for 14 years. My hands got chewed up from all the bar work. I never got into any kind of music (or tennis) until the pandemic. I was living alone in an apartment complex and saw a girl my age practicing tennis all alone. I'd never played tennis but she had extra racquets. She and I had lots of fun and I was pretty good at tennis. We went to her apartment and she had a digital piano with some classical music. She played piano growing up. I turn out to have very good pitch which is new to me. Once I learned the names of the notes I could tell her which notes she played without me looking. And I've never learned music. She got me watching RUclips classical piano performances and I've been hooked ever since. I loved the Chopin and Cliburn competitions. I was really amazed at Yunchan Lim. My hands have taken a beating from 14 years of gymnastics and also many years of weight training. I've tried piano and hope to take lessons some time. I'm very happy for finding classical music. I like it a lot. I still workout hard 6 days a week and work in construction. My hands I think are not made for the piano. I can play guitar fairly well. But I love piano music more. I'm glad you survived the Liszt Groundhog Day marathon! Anton
@@anthonywilson1754 Really glad to hear your story Anton, hope you continue finding joy in classical music! The soul matters more than the hands
😅
Next listen to all of Beethoven's Piano and Violin Sonatas
😊
Day 2 of asking you to make a video of Khatia Buniatishvili
average yunchan lim fanboy
haha, he went from unknown to having "average fanboys" in how long a span of time?
( just curious: how long did it take you to go from "unknown" to "unknown pathetic"?)
How are there no comments 💀💀💀(also good for youuuuu 🙂)

이런 도전은 왜 하는거예요? 저는 좋은 곡이라도 이렇게 집중해서 종일 들으면 힘들것 같아요 ㅠ.ㅠ 박수!!
Why did I miss this?
what a antimusical idea
To much of even good thing is a poison ..
how is this antimusical in any way and why must you take things so seriously?
Has nothing to do with either Yunchan’s playing or Liszt’s music

Es circo. ? o una broma. 😱
hahahaha
Too much stimulation at once.
Having a life is overrated tbh.
Just a question… why ?
sh
why not
No getting the point of this.
yes getting the point of this.
believe in Jesus
and dont waste your life doing things like this
Borrar.
What is the purpose of this “challenge”??? Absolutely meaningless… btw, the 11th etude is all about left hand melodic progression to start with, and then later switches to both hands, including rolling.
Average classical music enjoyer 🤌
