You nailed it in this video! I do squats and deads primarily with couple sets of a full squat sorta slow down then explode up enough to get some air. 👊

When your programming this type of training, would I do strength work at the beginning of the week, and explosive work near the end? flipped? or in the same session?
We typically have our heavier strength lifts at the start of the workout. For explosive work, we might have an entire day set aside to do just those exercises!
At what age should hockey players start training with heavy weights? Like barbell squats, deadlift.
