    You nailed it in this video! I do squats and deads primarily with couple sets of a full squat sorta slow down then explode up enough to get some air. 👊

    My son's a AAA level goalie who just turned 14. We've been running a modified starting strength with plyos for contrast training. Thinking it's time to move on and will check out your programs. Thanks for all the great work!!!

    I would like to buy this program but does it contain upper body/core workout or just lower body?
    If necessary, which upper body and core exercise would please be fine as a complement?

    When your programming this type of training, would I do strength work at the beginning of the week, and explosive work near the end? flipped? or in the same session?

      We typically have our heavier strength lifts at the start of the workout. For explosive work, we might have an entire day set aside to do just those exercises!
