If you post a video for preparing those pastes and how to use it fr different side dishes, it would be useful for many of us, even for working women it will be useful. Thanks for the wonderful receipe. What I normally do is keep some boiled channa aside and grind it into a paste in a mixie and add the same as a thickener to the gravy and cook. Adding butter is quite interesting. Will try that next time.
