I was going to suggest the same thing. I'm sure those businesses would be grateful to be alerted to this kind of danger instead of potentially getting bad reputations for enabling predators.

I don't want to generalize. But Korean men are very very aggressive. They touch with no shame, try to kiss sometimes by force, And they can literally follow you on the street and harass you. I've had such incidents like that thankfully nothing happened to me but You have to be very careful. Extra careful when you are a women foreigner in Korea. Luckily her friends were with her. There was a documentary in KBS where foreign women experienced SA in Korea. The justice system in Korea has lots of blind spots when it comes to this. It is one of those dark spots in modern Asian societies where SA is not taken nearly as seriously as in Western societies. Not to say Western countries don't have their own short comings. So yeah Korea Japan China may be safe to walk at night, but the system still has a long way to go to get you justice in SA. Be careful
