Thank you for showing the journey with this furniture. Real artist is bold with the strokes and is able to change the plan while working and you are just that.
When you see it all in one video, you can see all the hard work and elbow grease, as well as artistic tallent, that goes into a big piece of furniture like this. Glorious result - thanks for sharing 💕
Came across thus just now...tbh at first I thought to myself..oh what a mess. But I was captivated by your artistry and choice of colors, the amount of time and the attention to detail...this is where I need to trust the process! This piece is uniquely stunning...you are amazingly talented and I am definitely still learning! Thank you so much Dionne!
Oh Dionne I’m so happy you did this for all to see and learn! I’m starting on my large craft table and have been looking for inspiration, I think I’ll collect my supplies and do “ The Dionne.” Wish me luck. 🤞🏻
Thank you so much for editing these videos together. I enjoyed it immensely! I learned so much more because there was much more painting being done. Brilliant idea! Thanks for thinking of it.
I’m glad you enjoyed it. It’s more about finding someone that can do it for me and understand my personality. It’s a tough thing and very time consuming. I’m very happy with the video and so appreciate you watching!!
Linda, I’m so glad you enjoyed this video! I’m honored to be able to gather all of the hours of Dionne’s incredible furniture artistry together into one full tutorial!
Hi Dionne, I have to tell you that I really enjoyed this video. I do paint furniture and I always look for inspiration for all of my art work. I just want to thank you for sharing your talent with us. I don’t sell my work, except for a few pop-up art shows that I sell my watercolors and encaustic work but you are one of those people that I look forward to watching for inspiration. I LOVE color just like you do! Thank you so much for giving me some laughs and incentives to get out there and do what I love!
I love your work and have been watching your videos for a couple of years. I live in Jerusalem, but would love to hear if you are planning any furniture painting workshops on the West Coast in 2023, as I am planning on going there. I have done some pieces myself that I love, and have even sold a few, but I am not so good at the marketing aspect. You are an inspiration! Judith
AMAZING!!!! When you added the yellow paint I did a Matt-OH NO OH NO (lol lol) but at the end JUST AMAZING!!! BTW love the salsa/merengue music my favorite latin music!
Well Dionne, I think you are amazing! I don't suppose I can nominate you to win the piece of furniture! You would save so much money on shipping. Lol ... Just really wanted to tell you that you are definitely a winner! ❤
Hi there ! watching you from France ! stunned ! you didn't say what was the step before applying the paint? did you clean something on the wood first? take off the shine of wax of top coat? i don't know.. or did you apply directly? thanks what you do is just awsome!
Love the video. What kind of paint are you using? What is the spray you are spraying on the furniture before applying the paint? Why aren't you sanding before painting? Im am new to this.
It's like magic watching Dionne with those yummy colors! Makes me wanna go paint right now!!!! I love this video!!!! Yes please! More! 🎨🎨🎨 🎥🎥🎥 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This was so fun to watch. I have three pieces of furniture that I am going to paint. I want to try doing your fantastic boho paint job. So for this technique is it better on more ornate furniture or can it go on anything? How do you choose the colors and the order to put them on? I don't know orange and red but I do have coral, cherry picked and kissing booth. Along with old 57, mermaid tail and boho blue. Any tips or suggestions on your other videos would be super helpful. Thanks 🥰
This piece was so much fun! Thx for condensing it into one funny, very helpful video. When you started to add the Boho Blue with the sponge I thinking that is so yummy! Then #morematt did his commentary about the blue and now I’m slightly nauseous.🥴 🤣🤣 What would we do without him? Omg! You look gorgeous in that last clip! And the wax changed the whole look and really aged the piece beautifully. ❤️❤️👏😘😘
Where did you get that wonderful big piece? Looks like it cost A LOT. When I first started watching this I wondered what kind of paint and "pigment", powder? you're using. First time I saw one of your videos. You did tell us about the brushes but I know nothing about the waxes, paint or pigments. Maybe I missed it but like right now you're talking about the brush. Just like to know more. Like I said, my first time seeing you. Thanks! 🙏
So beautiful! I’m exhausted and I didn’t even get off my butt! You are beautiful inside and out! I loved how you looked in the last few minutes. No makeup? I’m so jealous! You’re gorgeous!

Thank you!🥰❤️
I would never know when to stop
You need a better camera and it would be nice to show more close ups during the painting process. Thank you for showing how you do the painting.
Hi, new here, you don't have to sand for this paint to stay on?
Did you paint that furniture for your home or for selling it?
Do you seal before you spay and put next color on
The artistry and the paint is amazing, but I’m livin’ for when you had tech issues and #morematt sings “Papa can you hear me?” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Are there written instructions for what you are doing ? I don’t think I can paint and watch the video at the same time
Mercy, the number of times you had just straightup mud! Maybe with more experience.
Hugs
Ok will change from Annie Sloan
❤❤❤❤🎩
Less is more !!
Lets see the thong🤣🤣 hilarious
So....I would call this a sloppy mess ansd set it on the curb. Next.
Gonna "spray THIS first"?!
WTF??? What is in tge spray bottle?
Your video is not crisp. It's almost kinda blurry 😢.
the paint part very nice but the quality of the video pretty lame...a pain to watch...
Amando tudo.
Me qjude por favor!
Quais são as marcas e cores das tintas e o que é esse spray que vc aplica antes!?
