Nov 29 24. My dealer wants $1,700 for cam and install in 2025 Macan GTS. Car has the pre wired option for dashcam. My salesman said it was a simple plug and play😂. Just wondered if your Macan had the cam pre wired option? Thanks and nice job!
I just got my Macan, I like this dash cam, very clean OEM look. Good recommendation about testing before putting back the cover+ trim. I heard somewhere FITCAMX now come with 4 clips. Where did you get yours? amazon or fitcamx? thanks for your video.
I got mine off Amazon. It did not come with the clips however I purchased the "used but new condition" so it may or may not have had the clips in it originally. The seller is very good about responding so I'd ask them directly.

@@raydalton6396 mine didn't have the pre wire option. I'd only charge $1500 if you want me to install yours 😉

Hi, I really like this dash cam's look but does it record when you're in park?
@@xingsuu it keeps recording till you lock it. Then come back on if there's an impact detected.
