Wonderful contrast from the venues he used to play with 50 to 60 thousand people at a time,screaming the place down,to venues like this with maybe a couple of thousand people. He was just as professional wherever he played,to how many he played to. Loved the way David connected with the audience,almost like he was playing to a room full of his personal friends! He had a great sense of humour,made fun of himself at times,which made him more loveable,adorable! This video may have been the older David,but when he smiled that dazzling smile of his,there it was,the smile we have been seeing for so long over the years, unchanged,still just as beautiful! Rest peacefully sweet David you are still loved and missed so much.

This video just popped up on my YT home page. At one point in David Cassidy's young young life, he was the highest paid entertainers IN THE WORLD. He wasn't 25. And all of it was stolen away. I saw him in Blood Brothers, with Petula Clark, and wow, were they incredible. And in the end of his life, he fell in love and married a woman who loved him for himself, and they had a child, whom he adored and swore he'd be a better father to his son than his father was to him -- yet, his demons won out. He lost his family, his voice, all of his money -- but at the very last days of his life, like Job in the Bible, it was all restored ten fold, as his family, including estranged siblings and their children, his ex-wife and son gathered around him and sang him home where I know he has found peace. In this video he sang about giving peace a chance -- it's 12/14/2020, and do we ever need it now. I hope joy and happiness and hope be with anyone who reads this comment. I won't say for David to RIP -- because I hope he is jamming with the angels and all those who have crossed before and after -- Patricia
