AC/DC played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson was 63, Angus Young was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!!🤣🤣🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎😎
AC/DC ... WOWZERS!! My husband’s favorite rock band & my granddaughter has already watched it! Well it seems fair since she knows several Queen songs already & loves Freddie!! The band was formed in Australia in 1973 by Scottish-born brothers Malcolm & Angus Young! Angus is the guitarist. Malcolm died in 2017 lung cancer! THUNDERSTRUCK, T.N.T., YOU SHOOK ME ALL NIGHT. Good songs!! 👏👏
Malcolm passed from dementia. In this concert you can start to see the lost look in his eyes. Phil can be seen watching him several times, like he's making sure Malcolm is doing OK.
Argentinean crowds always chant the riffs, the chorus, the guitar solos....everything! That is what they are famous for among all the bands that play in the country.
This song is a tribute to Bon Scott. ALSO, you mentioned the TRAIN.... check out "Whole Lotta Rosie" (River Plate) to see how that ties in AND If you want to see why Angus doesn't have his shirt in this video.... do "The Jack" also, River Plate... It's a fun one!!! Hint: Strip tease ;)
Great reaction. I love some AC⚡️DC. If you ever get a chance to see them live, go you’ll have a great time. You might want to listen to-the studio versions before seeing the live versions.😀👍❤️✌️🌼
I completely agree with your reaction, Hap. I admire the artists doing their thing. They certainly captivated the crowd. I'm not the biggest fan but admire that they give 💯🔔. Peace J ✌ ☮
I actually like “Highway to hell” a lot more than “Hells bells” and I’m positive you will recognise that one when you hear it but now that you’ve noticed the train- you will have to explore further and I think that’s something you will certainly remember! It’s for “Whole lotta Rosie” 🤘❤️
I have never been a fan of AC/DC and this didn't change a thing. To all the fans, go for it! I just don't care about his voice. It reminds me of fingernails scratching on a chalk board. I am not hating on anyone. I am just giving me own honest opinion. I DID enjoy the reaction! In my opinion, it was a very diplomatic one. Just me. This is a journey of all music genres and I respect that!
The chanting going on is the crowd hombre!!!! Notice the lads are not even near a microphone yet!!!! Iconic energy!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😍🤩😎🍸
True legends of the Rock Era...absolute genius band
