This time is about a Sunday spent doing some organization at home and planning for the next week. Grocery shooping for the week and food preparation for the coming days were also on the list. I try a new breakfast, the day concludes with a dinner, creamy Finnish fish soup, quick and very easy to make. I hope you can calmly watch my video over you favorite summer coffee. Thank you.

Yes a day late - loved this video. Soups are so good and easy to have. We are trying to go meatless more and more. Right now twice a week. So grateful for ideas to go meatless. You really shopped big for not using a car. Sometimes groceries can be so heavy to haul. Yellow cauliflower looked great.
I love soups, they are so fulfilling & contain so much good stuff (If you make it yourself with good ingredients) The fish soup looks delicious. Prepping & freezing is so good for days you dont feeli like cooking or are a bit busier. I need to find yellow cauliflower! Enjoy your Sunday xx
