I used to be very angry when I encounter a defective cracker while bursting them.
But now since I have seen them how they are made I'll not complain a bit.
And moreover I'll admire each and every firecracker that comes to my hand thinking someone worked tirelessly and made this amazing piece by hand for me.

Diwali i still remember how beautiful it was .i wanna enjoy diwali again....but some incidents made the color of Holi and light of diwali to fade away from my lyf . imagine being not able to enjoy such beautiful festival in the land of festivals forget festivals i don't know when I last celebrated my birthday .people say thier happiness and sadness is part of lyf .why i can't find any real happiness.my emotions only came out on social media while in lyf
Use social media for 1 hour max that's it and do this for 1 month. Go in an academy and enroll yourself and play badminton, table tennis or something else. Do this and you will see the improvement I also felt this so i did some physical exercises but who likes to do that 😅😅😅so now I started playing badminton feels good man. Go enjoy your life after all this is the only one if something is not to your liking change it. After all you are the master of your decisions. If something is hard to do be so much determined that the threads of fates break before your determination.

I like that in the comment section, no one talks about the after effects of Diwali, the rise in respiratory complications during winter months, the sheer drop in AQI and the adverse effects it poses to the environment as a whole. Looks like our education system has failed us. Nice 👍

They toil so hard...to make others happy... It was pleasant to watch the whole process
What ticks me off the most, is the fact that these hard working low income craftsmen put their blood & sweat together to make our childhood memorable with our friends & family. But the state govts are hell bent on banning their products (but not the industry which they can tax) in the name of pollution.
Which makes it seem like an elaborate joke, with this strangle hold on the industry & with no clear objective to relocate them to a new profession, where they can sustain their livelihood. They clearly want this craft to die out. Soon enough, the next generations will no longer be able to have memories like we build & still cherish.
Let's be honest, the people who make these crackers don't really enjoy making them. Would you? Considering the poor safety standards of the profession? Now I know there are other things which pollute more than firecrackers do (motor vehicles, stubble burning), but is it really worth carrying on this craft at the expense of the workers health? Should they have a poor quality of life so that we can have "good childhood memories"? I'm not saying firecrackers should be banned, but do you want the craft to go on in the same condition that it is in now?

Any industry providing employment to people who have to work in hazardous environment should provide them not only the necessary equipment to avoid the effects of working in adverse conditions but also free health care (if needed). A lot of comments are about congratulating the man for making the festival of lights better but this man is staring towards darkness. I am not against the job (I am son of a mining man and I know a thing or two about how brutal the conditions can get). An intervention of government in explosive industry is much needed that should put work practices and workplace safety under strict scrutiny. Love and Peace.

If this was the Netherlands, the factory would have bin shut down on healthconditions alone. Dont even think abouth the safety risks.
looking at this, i understand there is a large eco system that works. printing industry, packaging industry and many more. this cracker industry forms a huge lively hood for millions of small time workers to large industries. every support this industry and contribute to the India's GDP and these workers. hence keep buying crackers

Yes Sivakasi in TN is famous for making fire crackers. Some have even lost their lives due to dangerous working conditions. Initially children were employed in huge nos to make these fire crackers but later on Governments took strict action to reduce child labour.
God bless them ,they are sacrificing their lives for others happy.

You no need to salute the crackers making industry. Since the industry is making a lot of money by keeping such hardworking labourers who are risking their lives this is very dangerous for their health people really who are working such industries had to take care of them by giving PPE's for them to keep their health in consideration. In many parts of tamilnadu it's a local business mafia who are least concerned about the workers health
